Description:

i. Confirming and/or Adding all needed information required by the courts to ensure documents are able to be recorded, which includes providing a coversheet, ensuring property information is listed on deed/deed of trust and so on.

ii. Examining the names and parties on documents ensuring all is executed accurately.

iii. Calculating recording fees to double-check and make sure the correct amounts were collected for prior to being sent to court.

iv. Filing recordings electronically through Simplifile (Electronically Recording Software Website) as needed.
